Remedy selection was largely performed by Southern Division NAVFAC. Southern Division NAVFAC and the U.S. Geological Survey are carrying out the performance evaluation. The US Forest Service measured transpiration rates of the lowland forest. CH2M Hill oversaw the design and construction of the PRB. Documentation for the CMS was provided by TTNUS.
